A studio built around how people learn

We started by asking a simple question: why do so many learning apps look successful in dashboards and fail in classrooms? Twelve years later, the answer still shapes our practice — engagement is not learning, and averages hide the learners who need the most help.

Non-governmental organizations are our largest client group. Working with them shaped the company: grant-cycle scoping, field-first engineering for shared devices and offline classrooms, donor-grade outcome reporting, and a handover of documentation, training and code so local teams own the product after we leave.

Pedagogues, data scientists and engineers work in one loop: observe, design, build, measure. Nothing ships until it teaches something measurable.
